From July 8 to 10, Liao Jiasheng, Chairman of CECEP, conducted field visits to local enterprises of CECEP Building Energy Conservation, CECEP Ecotech and CQEC in Chengdu and Ziyang, Sichuan Province. Cao Huabin, Deputy General Manager of the Group, joined the inspection.

During the visit, Liao Jiasheng and his delegation inspected the No. 1 and No. 2 energy stations of CECEP Tiantou Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CECEP Building Energy Conservation, in the Tianfu Business West Zone project, as well as the CECEP Ecotech Anyue hazardous waste disposal project. They learned in detail about project construction, production operations, technological processes, and safety and environmental protection measures, extended greetings to frontline employees, and listened to work reports from CECEP Ecotech and other local enterprises.

Liao Jiasheng fully recognized the achievements made by the relevant enterprises during the first half of the year. He noted that the enterprises had firmly implemented the Group’s strategies, achieved notable results in overcoming challenges, actively and effectively expanded their markets, continuously improved operational management, advanced educational initiatives in a solid manner, and demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility among their officials and employees, showcasing a positive spirit. He emphasized that the relevant enterprises should focus on the following tasks in the next stage: First, they should remain committed to their core responsibilities and main businesses, seize strategic opportunities, actively promote the disposal and high-value utilization of bulk solid waste, improve the resource utilization of hazardous waste, and fully advance the Capacity Doubling Plan. Second, they should consolidate their leading position in market development, innovate marketing approaches, strengthen market promotion, continuously enhance their market share and influence in integrated energy services and clean energy supply, and ensure the completion of annual business targets. Third, they should increase investment in scientific and technological research and development, continue improving production processes, accelerate digital and intelligent transformation, and enhance core competitiveness. Fourth, they should strengthen lean management, coordinate key tasks such as improving quality and efficiency, turning around losses, recovering outstanding payments, and preventing and controlling risks, enhance internal coordination and performance incentives, and effectively improve operational quality and efficiency. Fifth, they should strengthen safety and environmental protection efforts, fully implement responsibilities at all levels, focus on flood prevention and drought response, regularly investigate and address risks and hidden dangers, and firmly safeguard the bottom line of safe development. Sixth, they should uphold Party leadership, thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Party building, deepen the integration of Party building with business operations, strengthen the team of officials and talent, and advance learning, review, rectification and improvement initiatives in an integrated manner, providing strong support for high-quality development through high-quality Party building.?
